Ambulatory care

We have a long experience in taking care of patients with different forms of the coronary artery disease. Therefore, we offer you a complete care after myocardial infarction, percutaneous coronary angioplasty and coronary artery by-pass grafting.

ECG (standard and 24hrs-Holter monitoring)

We have a modern system for Holter monitoring to ensure a precise and reliable diagnosis of cardiac arrhythmia and to modify your treatment or to refer you to hospital for different forms of invasive treatment (cardiac pacemaker or cardioverter-defibrillator implantation, ablation).

Portable ECG monitor

In case of paroxysmal or short-lasting arrhythmia, a portable ECG monitor is an ideal solution. It is a small device (smaller than a smartphone) which can be kept in a handbag or in a pocket. In case of sudden palpitation it can be put on the chest and an ECG documenting the arrhythmia can be acquired.

Cardiac pacemakers checks

We have a long experience in implantation and patients’ follow-up. We assess the battery status, modify the program of your device according to your heart rhythm. We can also arrange the battery change.

Echocardiography

Echocardiography is a safe and painless method that uses ultrasound to create images of the heart and thoracic arteries and veins.
It provides a valuable information on size and shape of each heart chamber, quantification of valvular congenital and acquired heart diseases and precise analysis of blood flow and heart function.

According to the European Society of Cardiology echocardiography is a mandatory examination in patients with arterial hypertension, prior myocardial infarction, heart failure, and valvular heart disease to assess disease severity and possible complications. Sometimes it can help to make or to verify a diagnosis.

Standard examination takes about 20-30 min (or longer), therefore a separate appointment is required (please call +48 606 125 771, dr Agnieszka Sadowska).
